These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ce365 platform, accessible at ce365.bet, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and account features provided through the platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by ce365, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the ce365 platform.

To register and use ce365, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ce365 enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 and does not permit access to individuals below this age under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh and hold a valid Bangladesh mobile number at the time of registration.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on ce365 or have had a previous account closed by ce365 for violation of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or entity.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of ce365 or any of its group companies.

ce365 may request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review. ce365 will not be liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to satisfy eligibility requirements.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on ce365. Opening more than one account — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other means of circumventing the single-account rule — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals held within them. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ce365 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering your account and to keep that information updated. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth, or a mobile number that is not registered in your name — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure. ce365 conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) checks as part of its verification process. Players may be required to submit a copy of a valid National ID card (NID) or other government-issued identification before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time ce365 considers appropriate.

All deposits and withdrawals on ce365 are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳200. ce365 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. No international payment cards or cryptocurrency transactions are currently supported. Deposits are credited to your ce365 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal request will be processed. Unverified accounts may face a review hold on withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account that was used to make the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• ce365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or unusual account activity.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to withdrawal.

ce365 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ce365's control. Processing times for verified accounts are typically within minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals, though ce365 does not guarantee a specific processing time and is not liable for delays caused by payment providers.

ce365 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, maximum bet limits during wagering, eligible games, and expiry periods. These bonus-specific terms are communicated at the point of each offer and form part of these Terms.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by circumventing these restrictions will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Wagering requirements will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ce365. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of balances, and may result in further action including reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, exploit games, or circumvent security measures.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are considered void and will be reversed.

Any unauthorised use of ce365's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ce365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss. ce365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ce365 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit ce365's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. ce365 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are adequate to access the platform securely.

ce365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon posting to this page unless a different effective date is stated. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates.
